How do you show your Employees that you appreciate them?
Von Maur, a high end clothing store in College Square Mall in Cedar Falls, Iowa rewards their employees with a complimentary head shot when they have worked for the store for 15 years!
Last week, store manager, Sarah, reached out to me to photograph 2 of her Von Maur employees who had reached their 15 year tenure and she said she needed it done quickly! So we arranged for both women to come in at the same time at the next available opportunity.
Meet Cindi G…
Cindi has worked for Von Maur for 30 years and this is her 2nd opportunity to be photographed. She admits she did take a break for awhile but she missed it and went back.
After the photo shoot, we were reviewing Cindi’s images and she said, “This was a lot of fun. The experience turned out much better than I thought it would.”

Meet Yelena B…
Yelena emigrated to the US about 25 years ago and has worked in various departments at Von Maur for 15 years.
As you can see from her photo, Yelena has beautiful skin and that might be because she currently works at the Makeup Counter in Von Maur. I could have talked with her about beauty products for hours. She even recommended a serum that helps tame silver hairs!
